Contact Forum

Any undead who wishes to join Lebende Tote should just click the Totes forum link, put Lebende Tote as your group, post on the Lebende Tote web site your intentions to join us and follow the groans. Young undead are especially welcome!

"Men fear death as children fear to go in the dark; and as that natural fear in children is increased with tales, so is the other." ---Francis Bacon.

Neutral Point of View

Lebende Tote is one of the oldest and longest lasting zombie teams in the Game of Urban Dead. Lebende Tote players are dedicated to the zombie "life-style" and have been known to PK any survivor that dares to combat revive a "Totie". We deploy highly aggressive and co-ordinated zombie attacks against any survivor prey that we come across. Opinions vary about the role of Lebende Tote within the game. Many players see us as a tough Meta-Gaming group of players while others see us as being a scourge of the game.

End Neutral Point of View
Die Lebenden Toten (German for The Living Dead One) is a zombie horde dedicated to total chaos and the complete distruction of the survivor community. Lebende Tote works to achieve this goal by helping young undead gain experience as fast and painless as possible and aiding other un-dead hordes with the clearing out of the 'breathers'.
Lebende Tote GMT Strike teams

Is your poor undead cursed because you live in a time zone, which the average new worlder couldn't find on a map globe, let alone convert to EST/DST? Are you signing in to see groans that are over 4 hours old and following them to find EH caded buildings? Tired of eating the same cold leftovers? The Totes have established GMT Strike team Alpha and GMT Strike team Bravo. Join the Lebende Tote and slaughter Yank survivor types while they really are sleeping!

Lebende Tote Recruiters

The following Tote alts are being used to recruit and bolster up the Totes' membership. No spying will be done by these characters. No collaboration nor sharing the same building between this alt and the hardened battle units of Totes will be allowed. (Because when hungry, the Totes are easily confused.) However, annoying and completely meaningless Psyc War tagging will be allowed. Assisting these characters to the other side will NOT be reported to any forum PK list.

Here are just some of the things that have been said about Lebende Tote and it's members:

  • Although clearly you are a menace to all the living and such, as zombie hordes go you've been most gracious and somewhat charming -- while ransacking our hard built home and hospital ... feeding on us and so on. Cheers .. now kindly move on? ~ Elingold of Edmund General United
  • Please return my TaylorMade 300 Ti Driver, I left it on my desk. Last I saw one of you nasty zeds was playing air-guitar with it. Cash reward, no questions asked. ~ Doc Smithsfieldsoner of EDU
  • Ah Viel Dank Totes! It was a lot of fun fighting against you guys when we first arrived in Griggs, that was one of the most exciting weeks I have spent in UD ~ Jake Weber of The (not quite so) Invisibles
  • Hey, you guys are moving on to Reagenbank? Too bad, you were great opponents! Hell, you managed to kill all but two of the Guns on our first night in Grigg Heights. ;) ~ Furtim of the Guns of Brixton
  • I definitely like the look of your horde. ~ Papa Petrosjko (former Papa of the RRF)
  • You guys are/were solid foes, and we had fun fighting you. There was more than one time that I was terrified for my poor little guy. Hats off, both from the Guns of Brixton and the Ridleybank Resistance Front ~ Jorm
  • Hi there. Very much enjoying fighting you guys for Reganbank. If nothing else, I think we've learned to spread out more so we don't get half a dozen de-brained at the same time! It's nice to have a point to playing the game. Before, mostly we were just helping defend malls and we were gettng bored. This is much more fun! ~ Lucas Black of the Redneck 'lil Boys
  • Argh! You guys killed me! Good show. ~ Jorm
  • Get your sorry ass over to Grigg Heights, if you are man enough, for a real challenge. ~ Dread Nose
  • Last time I really felt safe in Griggs was around 3-4 weeks after I started playing Urban Dead. The Totes may not be huge like the RRF and Shacknews but are one heck of a zombie group. And they are fun people too. ~ Jenx
  • The Totes are a problem for us over here in Reganbank ~ Kamden
  • Don't even speak of Grigg Heights. Bad memories. ~ labine50
  • I thought Ridleybank was bad, then I moved to Grigg Heights. ~ labine50
  • Since your last turn:

Sgt Collins 4 said "Balistic, for the crime of viscious PKing and leading of the dread hoarde Lebende Tote, you die!" (2 hours and 1 minute ago)

You were killed by Sgt Collins 4. (exactly 2 hours ago)

So let's face it, if you weren't looking for a group to join....you wouldn't be viewing this page right now. But you are probably asking yourself, "Of all the other groups that I see, what does Lebende Tote have to offer me as a player?" Well, I answer that riddle with, "How about a good experience!"
