Maybe you were trying to go for this: Near Sentinnel (notice how it links to your userpage, which hasn't been created yet)? - Ah, that's a bit tricky. I have never started a group myself, but I know where to look. This guide (Guides:An In Depth Guide to Forming Groups Part 1) is a bit lengthy, but it should have everything you need to start a group.
