The Reformed Order of the Rouge Heart Home - Beliefs - Contracting Service - Saved - Histoire We at the Rouge Heart Aces are mercenaries, and as such, we must have a system that is both user-friendly and efficient. There are rules and procedures that regulate how a user submits a contract, as well as how a hired-killer executes said contract. We at the RHA follow the rules set down by the Coalition for Fair Tactics, and as such, do not: Zerg or abuse our alternate characters Spy on any person(s) or group(s) Use other people to spy on any person(s) or group(s) Have multiple characters in our group Exploit any software bug Besmirch any person(s) or group(s) We do however: Use the Red Rum Scouter Track person(s) or group(s) through public information on forums or the wiki Sub-Contract (explained further) Use good ole fashion hunting skills If you do not like any of the ways that we work, then we advise you to contact: The Malton Mob or The Watchmen. How to Submit a Contract: There are three places to submit a contract: A.) If you use the PKer Hub Forums: 1. Contact Vigeous through u2u 2. Contact Sgt Beebus through u2u 3. Post it in the Rouge Heart Aces public forum B.) If you use the Brainstock Forums: 1. Contact Vigeous through Private Message C.) E-Mail: 1. E-mail it to Vigeous.RHA@gmail.com Other Information: As stated above, we follow the rules of the Coalition for Fair Tactics. The time is taken to fulfill a contract may for many reasons: - Number of contracts we have on backlog. - Finding the location of the target. The RHA has alliances with a few other groups who do the same line of work, these are The Malton Mob and The Watchmen. From time to time, if contracts are more than we can handle, we will sub-contract these groups. That means we hire them to take care of the contract. The RHA does single contracts, multi-contracts, and group assassinations. Information Submitted in a Contract: A. The profile link of the person you want to put a contract on. B.
