It's a canteen. It holds liquids

Stats:

Encumberance of 4%

Found in mall camping stores at a rate of 1.5%/4%/5.5% (ruin/standard/lit), and in fort barracks at a rate of 1%/3%/5%

Abilities:

Depends on what you fill it with.

Possible contents:

Water - Holds 3 units - Acquire in any building, or any fountain - Heals 2HP each time. Does not cure infections.

Serum - Holds 3 units - Acquire in hospitals/NT buildings - Cures infections. Does not heal.

Spam/Dupe Votes

1. Spam - Absolutely worthless. FAKs weigh lighter, heal more and cures infections at the same time, found way more frequently at mall drug stores (33%), and best of all they give XP when you use them on other people.
