You are standing outside Byewell Bank, a fire-damaged metal-and-glass building with a fountain at its entrance.

History

Not much is know about this obscure hide out, but that it was once the home of the Clampgoons. Not much is known about them after their wiki page was deleted but that its one remaining member, one Peter Palmer frequents the place and stands a mostly silent, last of the Mohegans-esk, Vigil. Now Sinclair Inc. Financial branch has moved here and is ready to do business. The building is now repaired and has new equipment and new furniture.
