Led by self-appointed Mayor Milhouse Carter Cheese (aka Mayor MC Cheese), a 64 year old Vietnam veteran and electorally defeated former mayoral candidate.
The Malton Urban Militia is a coalition of the willing - a volunteer army. Currently the M.U.M. maintains an ever-expanding network of safehouses throughout the city.
