Basic Info:

Description

The Humphrys Building is an office building situated between three Auto_Repair Shops, two Junkyards, an Arms, and a Church. Its location allows observers with binoculars to scout how safe the streets are outside the two Necrotech Buildings and the two Hospitals in Penny Heights.

History

During the 1980's, The Humphrys Building was a family owned Office building that imported and exported auto parts. Since Geographically The Humphrys Building was surrounded by Auto Shops, They naturally monopolized all of Penny Height's auto parts imports. Interesting enough, several months before the Outbreak, The Humphrys Building was used as a Night Club for after hours playing hit Super Euro beat songs. During the Outbreak, The Humphry family headed north and shut down their building. As of recently, its been a safe house to local survivors, Shtriga members, Rogues, and a bridge to the Lumber Mall and its many hospitals near it.

Barricade Policy

The barricades on this building are raised as high as possible, preferably at Extremely Heavily in accordance to the Penny_Heights_Optimal_Defense_Plan.
