Under the auspices of promoting the welfare of all users and abusers, both for dead and undead alike, the good Doctor is known to freely hand out samples of his product and charge a nominal fee for larger doses intended for private use.

History

Driven out of the high rises and townhouses, the Doctor had to move his operations to the city junkyard. The location remains tolerated by the local residents who understand that in times like these sleep is the enemy.
