History
Michael Thomas Ale was born to John and Karen Ale on June 5th, 1978. He showed an adeptness for writing and eventually went to Ohio State University to receive a Bachelor's Degree in Literature. Michael married Julliane Garfield in 1999 and moved to York, England. After writing several books but not making enough money to pay his bills, Michael once again moved, this time to Malton, England, where he joined the Malton Police Department in 2003. When the Incident happened, Michael's wife was killed and he was trapped in a grocery store for a year. During a battle between two survivor groups, enough wreckage was destroyed to let Michael Escape the store.
Michael wandered the ruins of Malton for several years, remembering the death of his wife and the fall of society. He was appalled by how unsafe the survivors were from the zombie menace so he decided to return to his job as a police officer.
He was, at one time, attempting to join the DEM's Malton Police Department, the remnant of Michael's original workplace.
While on his way to an MPD Academy, Michael was killed by a passing zombie as he slept. When Michael awoke, he was no longer human, and his only drive in life was to feed. Michael now wanders Malton and eats anything he can find. He is developing a conscious mind and wants to be something in his life, even if he is dead.
Family
John Ale, Michael's father, was an artist that sold hundreds of paintings over his lifetime. He died in 1996 from cancer.
Karen Ale, Michael's mother, was a teacher at Mercer High School in Cleveland, Ohio. She eventually became the principal of that school but lost her job because of a lawsuit by an angry parent. She died in 2003 at the age of 45 from a heart attack.
Killian Ale, Michael's brother, joined the military and became a Squad Leader of the 501st U.S. Army Special Forces Battalion. Strange enough, Killian was stationed in Malton and fought through the zombie menace until his death in late 2008. When Michael found out about his brother's death, his determination increased.
