Chaplain Wilkins was once a proud member of the Imperium and warrior of the Emperor of Man. Now he is a terrible Sorcerer of Chaos, who wanders Malton, killing and fighting for his daemonic masters. Although maintaining that he has no alts inside Malton, he does have one currently residing in Borehamwood, and is currently one of the only survivors in all the city.
