Hey man, first of all I just wanted to say welcome to the wiki! Answers to most questions can be found in the help:contents.
I just noticed that you were trying to update the status of Mores Lane Police Department, I saw your edit here. Were you trying to say that Mores Lane PD has been repaired? If so, the way to do that is to update the danger status of Mores Lane PD here. This might sound a little confusing, but I can gladly help you out with this and show you the correct way.
If you want to, you can respond here and tell me what you would like, and I'll show you how to do it in the future.
