Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

History

The Vimpany Building was built in the early 1900's. No one remembers exactly what it's originally intended purpose was, but simply by staying inside one can observe that it was constructed without domestic inhabitation in mind. Abandoned and derelict since the 1970's, it has fallen largely into a state of decay, it's mangy lawns overgrown and choked with rubble from the street.

The building is particularly cold on windy nights, when the draft comes in through cracks in the rotting walls. Following the Zombie Outbreak, Survivors have attempted to repair and restore some of Vimpany's remains, but even now it continues to wither away, weakened by constant Zombie assaults through the makeshift barricades thrown up by the structure's defenders.
