Turle Bank
Description
Short and squat, The Turtle is covered in an assortment of lichens and other plant materials whose seeds have floated across from the nearby zoo to take root in the cracked foundation of the bank. A minimum windows and the double entry doors were originally intended to deter would-be robbers but have now left this as one of the more defensible structures in the suburb. The inner set of doors has been left in ruins and the lack of electricity from the city's power grid leaves the building interior in darkness.
History
Operating originally as a credit union for Malton Zoo employees, Turtle Bank opened it's doors to the general public in 1998. Three weeks before the quarantine went into place, a daring daylight robbery took place, with the thieves getting away with about $80,000.00.
Barricade Policy
The Turtle Bank is to be maintained at EHB per the Ketchelbank Barricade Plan
