Summary
After completeing their Sailor Senshi training, Usagi, Ami, Rei and Makoto decide to relax a bit by attending the Red October festival. All of a sudden, minions of the Negaverse show up to sap the energy from the innocents. The Sailor Senshis transform and take up the fight.
