A police officer with the Challenger Crescent Police Department in East Boundwood, he has been keeping the PD and surrounding buildings safe along with other members of the CCPD Family. It's well known that he despises The Scourge and considers them a menace to be eradicated. There is a rumor he was the prolific graffiti artist "Samo" but that has yet to be determined.
