One of Gallagher's survivors was able to fill in a little information on the Blackmore Building for me. The Blackmore Building, as we know, housed Zulu Lab, which was supposedly the primary underground facility in all of Malton. Zulu, it is known, was the site of Project Sunrise, which has drawn so much of the Commission's attention.

According to my source, Zulu was the largest of the underground complexes, with at least two blast chambers rivalling the Topleaf Building's chambers in size. They also had a fully-functioning Biosafety Level 4 laboratory, maintained quite illegally (all such facilities are supposed to be licensed).

One of the more interesting things my source mentioned was that on the night of 13 June, a number of air, water, and soil samples were taken locally and brought into the lab—under full Biosafety Level 4 conditions. My source never learned what happened to these samples, but their destination was recorded as "Zeta processing," whatever that means.
