Okay, I have attempted to solve conflict of having a neutral point of view AND a "Church of Eden" point of view on the same page by splitting them onto two different pages. The "Church of Eden" point of view is now on this page (Church of New Eden) and the NPoV is on a new page (Church of New Eden Group). The Group page is listed in the Factions listings and links to this page. --Stuckinkiel 07:47, 10 Oct 2005 (BST)

Shouldn't there be a "neutral" subsection on faction pages? --Omega2 10:54, 28 Sep 2005 (BST)

I had considered that, but I wasn't sure if that would mean 'neither' or 'both'. How many other groups would fit under the "neutral" category? Also, I wanted both human and zombie players to be aware of the group, so I thought it would be good to put links on both pages.
Another thing, I just noticed the discussion about the "Death Cultist" character class by Zark the Damned over on the Suggestions page (which pre-dates the creation of my page.) Dang! The ideas are pretty similar, and I guess that members of the Church of New Eden could be Death Cultists, if such a class is ever created. --Stuckinkiel 17:16, 28 Sep 2005 (BST)
Well, and what about the neutral subsection inside the faction page? The one describing the faction in a less PoV way? I though that would be mandatory... --Omega2 18:00, 29 Sep 2005 (BST)
OMG Omega2! I think I misunderstood your original comment. I thought you were proposing that the CofNE be placed under a neutral group page, as opposed to under both Zombie and Human group pages. Now I understand that you were refering to the Category:Groups Guidelines. Sorry! I did skim these before writing the page, but I took them to be more guildlines than mandatory rules. In any case, I have added an "Unbiased Description" to the bottom on the CofNE page, with a fat link to it from the very top of the page called "What's this page all about?". However, I do feel that this detracts somewhat from the spirit of the page, something like explaining the punchline of a joke. Maybe I can change that by making the description less pedantic. What do you think? --Stuckinkiel 14:47, 30 Sep 2005 (BST)
Just make it simple and the fun won't be spoiled. Also, the CofNE page is written in a confusing way, so some people (especially the ones not used to the setting yet, or don't know english properly, like me) might not understand their purpose entirely, needing that "helper" section as explanation. --Omega2 13:14, 1 Oct 2005 (BST)
