History

A badly maintained roadway, Blabey Drive partially collapsed 3 weeks before the first zombie appeared. Local eyewitnesses claim to have seen a mysterious gas escape from beneath the ground, but no hard evidence could be obtained,

Both the hole, and the entire road surface were covered with fresh concrete and tarmac within 24 hours of the initial collapse by Local Government contractors.
