The CAPD Squad Room

A Recruitment Pamphlet

You open the folded pamphlet, which has been printed on glossy paper. Judging by the age of the material, this literature was produced post-quarantine. Aimed at enticing potential recruits to join the Crew Avenue Police Department, there is a front, foldout, and back page.

When you join CAPD you get:

a shiny badge

CAPD Officers have access to a wealth of support, including sat phones, awards, and admittance to our police academy.
You will be encouraged to develop and command your own missions, backed by a Crew willing to take on Malton's most notorious hordes and serial killers.

Also, we've got donuts.

A place for everyone

  • All levels of experience
  • All levels of commitment
  • Unlimited potential

At CAPD, inexperienced survivors can learn the ropes at their own pace, while veteran hunters can jump right into leadership positions and share their expertise in the police academy.
Our officers have the freedom to set their own level of commitment. The casual recruit can serve the force in Foulkes Village, by protecting our headquarters and checking the squad room for current assignments.
Conversely, officers looking to be more involved can enlist with our elite mobile squad for deployment in Malton's most hotly contested territories, staying in constant contact with their fellow officers to succeed against long-odds and challenging circumstances.

Are you ready to

join the best?

For the fast-track to becoming an officer, impressive new recruits should bear donuts, wear police clothing, and contact our office directly.
Alternately, the Crew can be reached by leaving a message at the dispatch centre, but please be aware that since the outbreak there isn't always a living receptionist on-hand, and replies may be delayed.
Finally, unambitious recruits can demonstrate their desire to join by stitching "CAPD" onto their clothes and speaking to an officer in person at our headquarters
