Sometimes we need to redact past messages left by users.
Why was my edit redacted?
The reasons may vary, but may be the result of
- private information
- hate speech
- false / malicious information
- copyrighted content
- law changes
Not every redaction is negative
Users may have voluntarily added private information to the wiki, which now no longer wants it to be available on the wiki.
I have found edits that require to be redacted
