Background

The Beginnings

I suppose I should write something regarding my childhood, my fantastic educational background, amazing achievements ar boot camp, etc. but all that seems fairly irrelevant. My childhood was normal enough, my parents weren't too tough or too soft, they didn't force me into the military and were quite surprised when I did enroll. I thought that the world was beginning to spiral out of control and wanted to help to keep things ordered. Heh, if only I knew then where I'd be assigned to 'keep ordered' in a few years. Anyways, I was as great a soldier as a was a student. I passed through boot camp with flying colors and, because of that, became one of their scouts. I got some detail in Iraq near the start of the conflict but after the Malton Outbreak I was reassigned and retrained. After about a year they sent me and a few others to 'scout out the area for future operations.' They called it Operation Wet Seal but after we were station in Malton's southeast sector without much follow up it began to be called Operation Wait-and-See by my disgruntled comrades. It wasn't long before the infected entered the northeast and it was not very long at all after that happened that I was lost, bewildered and alone. From there I wandered, aimless, searching for supplies, killing undead and searching for friendly survivors. It was probably within the first month after my squad was all but wiped out that I briefly joined the ranks of the undead.

Infected!

News From the Front

May 14th, 2007 - Been heading towards Treweeke Mall to gather supplies and equipment. That and I'm curious as the the situation in Dulston around that mall. zombie levels seem to be raising in Rhodenbank, there must be even more in Dulston. All will be clear in time.

May 8th - 10th, 2007 - RCDC Command judged the DDT to still be a threat to the Northeast Corner unofficially denying the leave of any personal from Dulston Alliance territories, effectively grounding me here for the time being, but likely for the greater good. I continued gathering supplies at the Hindmarsh Row PD for a while until someone rushed in speaking of a small zombie siege on Clare Hospital in Earletown. I rushed over there and over the next few days helped to fight the undead back outside the hospital resecuring it for humankind. I then returned back to Hindmarsh, slaying a few undead along the way, to await further developments.

May 7th, 2007 - Zombie activity in Rhodenbank is, as usual, low. The DDT, lacking any large scale invasions, seems to be nothing more than an ideal threat. Though, it has attracet a few more zombies to the NE Corner and the members of the Dulston Alliance and its allies are now on a higher alert to the threat. In the meantime, I've been stocking up for my trip to one of the other corner's ghost towns to streach my legs a bit. The Fire Department and Police department seemed pretty scant on supplies, but I'll scrounge about a bit more tomarrow.

May 6th, 2007 - Alls quite so far on Rhodenbank's Western Front. May be that this so-called Dulston Destruction Tour might never arrive. All the better than, I think. Though a little action in the Dull-ston Alliance's Corner would be much appreciated. RCDC members seem to be growing more sparse by the day. As a matter of fact, members of any group are hard to come by. The massive amounts of low leveled loners is very troubling with the threat of DDT looming over our heads. I busted up a few extra heavy barricades, no doubt someone will undo my work.
