The first Lamport Hills Conference was solidified by Dikki. After Extinction tore through Lamport Hills, the LHC collapsed.

St Rafty and Conan2 met in Grimstead PD and agreed to reinstitute the LHC.
1.14.08:
The leader of the Smith Arms Regulars, Lt Bogdan, and St Rafty began talks on revitalizing the LHC at the Braddick Building. The outcome: the Smith Arms Regulars and Dead Dudes, plus her affilated groups, became the first to sign to the LHC charter.
1.17.08:
At the Imperial Guard Regiment 101's base of operations, St Rafty and Remody witnessed the Regiment's signing of the LHC charter.
7.4.09
The LHC begins a preliminary meeting after the disbanding of the Dead Dudes. The Grid Iron Gang joins the LHC.
