I added some more info on how to extract lithium. Recargable Lithium Ion Batteries usually contain a liquid solution of highly alkali Lithium Ions. which when mixed into a solution will form lithium Hyrdoxide, the addition of hydrogen gas will cause the precipitation of lithium solids, which must be quickly extracted as it is a reversable reaction.
