They're occasionally a NecroTech front. NecroTech buildings can only be identified as such from the street by characters (living or dead) with NecroTech Employment; characters with this skill will see "[NT]" appended to the end of the building's name. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

A mere 7ap from the Ft Perryn Gatehouse, 2ap north of the Cartwright Building (an NT complex), and 16 Free Running ap south of Joachim Mall, this location is prime real estate for securing the suburb of Fryerbank.

[edit] History

In 2006, Quartly was claimed by Steve Vance and his group Kaishakunin. From here, they helped other survivors secure Ft Perryn after a devastating attack by zombies. Since then it had fallen into ruin, been brought back, fallen again, etc, etc. In August 2007 it was claimed by Ungrateful Dead, but is currently unprotected.
