Lillie Knox grew up resenting all 100 suburbs of Malton & could not leave for Medical School in another city fast enough. The outbreak occurred during a rare trip home to visit her family[[2]] (zombies) & old friends (dead). She had just become a real doctor.

Though she may still resent Malton for being a big death cage, she'll be damned if the zombies take over.

Her husband, Emile Bernard[[3]], was also caught in the outbreak but due to a shared IP address, they are unable to heal survivors side by side as they'd like. He is a scout most recently heard from in Tollyton.

Lillie is currently inhabiting Julie General Hospital in Wyke Hills with her shopping friend, Barbie Jessica[[4]].
