Description

One of several buildings all built by the same construction company. They used the same blueprints on office buildings throughout Malton.

The Waters Building contains the Phone Mast for Spicer Hills.

Barricade Policy

According to the Spicer Hills Barricade Plan, the Waters Building is to be Extremely Heavily barricaded at all times in order to protect the portable generator from being tampered with. Should mobile phone services within the suburb cease survivors are asked to check on the building and confirm whether the portable generator is still intact or has simply has run out of fuel.
