Description

A short paved road, bordered by several parks, a police department, a library and several anonymous buildings.

History

Paved in 1834 and named after Rudolph Ackermann, the famous Anglo-German bookseller, inventor, lithographer, publisher and businessman. One of his newest business ventures was an unknown investment in Malton, but the records of said venture were lost in the Great Fire of 1912.
