Description

A breathtaking avantgardist postmodern roof construction and terracotta colored walls frame a roomily inner yard.

History

Built in the late 1990's as a modern financing center for the emerging industrial suburb Deacon Bank became a major financial disaster due to the results of the outbreak. Before it could provide the industry with any funding it was already abandoned.
