The Hartleys Boulevard Police Department [83,68] is a police department in the suburb of Vinetown. It is one of four police departments in the suburb.

Hartley PD's officers kept their department spotless, but knew little of the dangers on the street.

Description

You are standing outside Hartleys Boulevard Police Dept, an imposing concrete building with pillars along its front.

History

Hartley PD was traditionally used as a police training department. Vinetown's 3 other police departments focussed on street crime, whereas Hartley PD focussed much more on community work, intelligence gathering and white collar crime.

Post outbreak, Hartleys PD was the first Police department to fall to the zombies. Its inexperienced officers tried taking the fight to the zombies on the street and were for the most part butchered, swelling the zombies number and making a difficult situation even worse.
