The Malton Vice Unit is an ally of the Department of Emergency Management, which has more than 200 active members. Tasked pre-quarantine by the mayor of Malton, the MVU is an independent, undercover department tasked with assisting the MPD in protecting the streets.

Membership in the vice unit is not restricted to police-class characters. Civilian and military may apply, although the unit only accepts the most highly decorated and experienced detectives.

What We Do

The Malton Vice Unit is a small, mobile strike team dedicated to serving justice in any way possible. The MVU is not adverse to using excessive force where necessary, especially on the streets of Malton.

Members of the MVU rarely make reports, or check in with the PD owing to the nature of their mission, which involve quickly weeding out the worst of Malton's survivors and moving on without being bogged down in local politics and paperwork.

All members have undergone rigorous survival and tactics training on the streets, and spent years on the honing their detective work as part of the DEM.

Goals and Guidelines

To achieve these short- and long-term goals, the Malton Vice Unit has set forward the following guidelines for units in the field:

Bring Justice to the streets of Malton.
Survive, and Protect each other, and the citizens of Malton.

All members of the MVU are held to high standards. Personal insults aimed at MVU members will be met with extreme force, as will all types of questionable behavior. This ensures that a team spirit and a friendly, trusting and open atmosphere exists.

Joining the MVU

In order to join the Malton Vice Unit:

You should be Level 41 or above.
An active record of PKing is frowned upon but not banned.

Apply in person if you can find them.

	Uniform Barricading Policy Supporter
	This User or Group supports the Uniform Barricading Policy by actively maintaining barricades according to local plan or UBP standard.

	Sacred Ground Policy Supporter
	This user or group supports the Sacred Ground Policy and acknowledges that all Cemeteries in the city of Malton are considered Revivification Points.

	River Tactics Supporter
	This User or Group supports River Tactics.

	No Random Revives Supporter
	This User or Group supports the No Random Revive Policy by utilizing Revivification Request tools.

	PK Reporting
	This User or Group supports PK Reporting. Don't let Player Killers get away with murder. Report them on the Rogues Gallery.

	Knights Templar
	This User/Group is an ally of the Knights Templar!
