We have a fairly simple structure within the Soldiers of Crossman. Our Officers handle leadership of the group, with each of them being essentially equally-ranked. Of them, however, one is the Platoon Leader who acts as the tiebreaker in cases where a decision is split, and one acts as the Ambassador to other groups within the game. Additionally, Advisors also share in the Officer-level discussions, but are not themselves capable of giving orders on behalf of leadership.

Our main body is known as the Vanguard, and all full members are considered a part of it. From time to time, we employ specialized squads. Traditionally, Talon Squad has been our reconnaissance squad, while Theta Squad has been our tactical strike squad, though we have had a few other squads over the years. These squads are put to use only when the need for them arises.

For our New Recruits, we place them in Boot Camp upon acceptance. While in Boot Camp, they are expected to prove themselves worthy of full membership, which does indeed take some time (usually a full mission or two). During their time, they will join the Vanguard on its missions, but will not have access to as many resources as the full members.

We also acknowledge one other autonomous unit of the SoC which we have taken to calling the Home Guard. These are members who prefer to stay in Darvall Heights, protecting our home suburb from the hordes and ferals. While the unit does have many members in it, any organization of the unit is handled in-game, and members of it are mostly left to themselves.

Current Leadership

Presently, our leadership is composed of four officers, each of whom essentially shares the burden equally. We currently have the following individuals serving:

Officers: Aichon, Bromhead, Cortonna, and Frank Burn

Advisors: Zod Rhombus, John Spiro, Merrin P
