20150915 Zombies Can Eat in the Dark

Suggestion type
dark building / skill interaction

Suggestion scope
dark buildings and zombies with Tangling Grasp skill

Suggestion description
As shown in the following image, Zombies can't see bodies in dark buildings, and so can't eat their fresh kills. In that image, I was specifically looking for food to get my HP's back up, and would have had to use "feeding drag" before killing the target to get him outside, then kill him, then eat. This is both genre breaking (zombies munching on fresh kill in the dark is thematic) and potentially wastes zombie AP on something they should be able to do.

No eat dark.PNG

I propose that

  1. Tangling Grasp gripping flags persist after the target is killed (if they do not already do so)
  2. You can always see a dead body that you have a grasp on
  3. You can always eat from that body, and (unlike taking other actions) doing so does not break tangling grasp

What I do NOT propose is that zombies be able to see dead bodies inside dark buildings in general; they would apply ONLY to the body of the (at most one) target they are already 'gripping' and have killed.

Keep Votes

  1. Keep – Sensible, thematic, holds together, and would come in handy while not hurting anyone. (The dead can’t feel pain, right?) ᚱᛁᚹᛖᚾ 01:11, 16 September 2015 (UTC)
  2. Keep - Seems reasonable and limited enough to be of use without breaking anything. --KCLZA 23:02, 17 September 2015 (UTC)
