We suggest using this plan, as it provides more opening for new players, and yet provides defense in key areas. Yes, a few resource buildings have been locked up at EHB, but this is for security reasons, and the fact that they are constantly harassed by zombies. Imagine it this way: Knowing that we're better than the suburbs around us, then we shouldn't trust our security to them, right? Border lock up makes total sense in that view point. Our borders ''have'' to be strong in order to deter zombie invasion in the first place. Also, with this plan, a VSB area is within all EHB zones. This provides access to all areas of the map to players with free running, and also gives players on the streets with low AP counts easy entry to many areas. Besides, living in the suburb, I see where the people usually tend to keep places, and what does well.  We will give it two weeks for voting. If enough votes are for it, then we will put it into action.
