* Building affected, its coordinates. Up/Down. Reason. -- ~~~~

For example:

• Example Building, (19,90). Down. This would be an excellent entry point, as there is none nearby and would grant access to Other Building. -- Example User 00:20, 12 July 2007 (BST)

Suggestions
