Per the Williamsville Barricade Plan this building should be available for entry (despite not being an emergency resource building). as such, it should be barricade no higher than Very Strongly Barricaded (VSB) (VS+2 allowed).

5/19/2009 You are inside the Bugden Building. The building has been very strongly barricaded. Also here are lady ga ga fan (46HP) and Dr Oingegedaybaba (40HP).Somebody has spraypainted Keep VSB+2 : The Randoms, RGOW & D52 onto a wall.There is a lone zombie here.

On 2009-05-09, the Bugden Building was Very Strongly Barricaded; this is in accordance with the Williamsville Barricade Plan.

There was/were no zombies here, and none in adjacent blocks.

(Unknown) dead body was/were outside. The lights were off. There were 2 survivors in the building.

''get help from 26.45.NOW!!'' was spray painted on the wall.
