Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

Description

A fire-damaged concrete building flanked by trees.

History

A simple block for simple folks. The Eelms Build once served as affordable housing for many workers, now it's a much needed secure place to shelter for those scrounging the ruins of the neighboring blocks.

Barricade Policy

This building is to be kept at EHB to shelter the workers at the nearby factory and Surmon Auto Repair.
