Basic Info:

Description

The building stands stall and strong, as shown by its obvious and formidable thick cement walls, it stands up to five feet tall. It's ground level not level with the actual ground, as it is raised up at least two feet off the ground with simple stairs that spread out to the sides. It's windows small on the first two floors, except for the rest having much larger windows until it meets its roof top, which is accessible through service stairs. The building was never designed for over consumption of power, so it never had an elevator, it is also quite old and can be considered by most unstable, aside from its strong walls, if the building hadn't been built with cement, it would have surely fallen by now.
