The Prangnell Building is located in Millen Hills, a suburb of Malton, widely popular for its five Necrotech buildings.
The Prangnell Building, resembling an old Telco exchange, is located next to the red light district including Club Spirod with office blocks located on the first 15 floors, followed by 4 renovated apartment floors and a penthouse floor on level 20.
