Simple change. We go from this:

| If you are not a System Operator, the user who made the vandal report, the user being reported, or directly involved in the case, any and all discussion which doesn't cite absolutely essential info pertaining to the case and/or its rulings is to take place on the talk page. Free-for-all commenting can lead to a less respectful environment. |
Why? To stop the crusades against it, for it, and to keep the cases neater. The talk is there for a reason, use it. The case should be kept clean for all but the barest minimum of arguments, so 'ops, case bringers, suspected vandals and the like should be using the talk too.--Mr. Angel, Help needed? 23:20, 17 July 2009 (BST)
