About

Jamie is my primary zombie character. The yin to Orison's yang. While she accrued all of the zombie skills as an unaffiliated feral, she's now grouped up with the Militant Order of Barhah (MOB) as they preach the word of Barhah to all breathers. She strikes semi-frequently with The Inquisition (INQ) and has been roaming the city, tearing things up with MOB since November 2009.

History

Jamie "woke up" in Penny Heights on August 18th, 2009, making her my third character. After a little exploring around the area, Jamie quickly found that she was getting headshot on a routine basis. While my other two characters blasted through the first few levels, Jamie suffered an embarrassingly high eighteen deaths before reaching level three (Emma, who was also a zombie at the time, only had seven deaths by the time she reached level five), despite the fact that I wasn't attempting to do anything unusual or particularly dangerous with her. Guess it was just a matter of environment.

I eventually found out about the Feral Undead, discovered that there was an active group near Jamie's location who was making a point of trying to feed "babahz," and headed straight to them. After quietly following them for a few weeks, silently eating the scraps that they left behind, Jamie was quickly catching up to the other two characters, and soon enough, Jamie surpassed the levels of my other characters.

Continuing to follow the same Feral Undead group of zombies, Jamie eventually ended up at Fort Creedy, where she was engaged in a lengthy siege that never really panned out while she was there. With all of the Feral Undead folks having left the siege, I saw little point in continuing to attack, and instead headed north, intending to meet up with the MOB.

Jamie eventually met up with the MOB, and has been preaching with them about the joys of Barhah since November 3rd, 2009. She has personally been present for killings of notable people, such as the well-known wiki personality, Kittithaj, as well as the ruining of group headquarters, such as that of The Burchell Arms Regulars, the South Paynterton Aces, and CAPD. While Jamie has always been a bit of a free spirit, she struck with the Bra!nz Liberation Front (BLF) on and off for its last few years, and now frequently strikes with The Inquisition.

In mid-December 2009, I took on a slightly increased role in the MOB, acting as a scout responsible for updating the MOB Locator, and was given the rank of Nex Scriptor, due to the related wiki duties, which were later resumed in 2012 after a period of inactivity. I have also served as a reserve strike leader for BLF and INQ on days where none of the regular leaders are available.

Back story

Jamie Flynt was a happy six year old living with two hard-working but loving parents. Daughter of Orison Flynt and his wife Emma, Jamie was loved by her parents and loved them in return. Though her family was not particularly wealthy, Jamie never wanted for anything. She enjoyed her life and loved her family.

And then they moved to Malton.

Six months prior to the outbreak, Jamie's father was offered a position at a company in Malton. Knowing that it would not only provide them with more money, but would also allow them to be closer to Emma's brother, Doug, her parents made the decision to move to Darvall Heights in the middle of the school year, doing so over their daughter's objections. Once there, her parents quickly settled into their new roles, with her father immersing himself in learning the ropes at a new job while her mother worked to expand her small, home business into a new market. Jamie, meanwhile, felt neglected by her parents and ostracized by her classmates, who viewed her as an outsider.

Thankfully, Uncle Doug was always willing to act as a friend to Jamie and a sitter for his sister and brother-in-law, so Jamie regularly found herself spending time after school at her uncle's house in Northeast Malton. Doug, being well-versed in the classics of art and literature, as well as various scientific and technical pursuits, considered himself a bit of a Renaissance Man and was keen to share his thoughts and ideas with Jamie. And, for her part, Jamie enjoyed absorbing all that her Uncle had to say as they played board games, read books together, and went exploring in the parks and wooded areas in and outside of the city.

Doug's lessons, however, eventually took a darker turn. Once, while walking along a trail, the duo came upon a bird with a broken wing that was obviously not long for this world, given its inability to escape the woodland predators. Doug casually twisted the neck of the bird, killing it instantly, then proceeded to explain how sometimes a little pain is more favorable than a drawn out but miserable existence. Along that same vein, he once abandoned his niece several miles from his home and with no way of contacting him, explaining afterwards that the fear and pain she experienced were justified by the fact that she was no longer the naïve girl he had left behind.

Those lessons did not land on deaf ears, and soon, the then-seven-year-old was inflicting pain on her classmates at Shelley Grove School, all in the interest of helping them develop. The few friends she did have quickly distanced themselves from her, leaving Jamie as even more of an outcast among her class. And yet she continued, eventually developing a reputation for being a violent child. With every visit to the office of the school's long-winded and stuffy principal, she grew to loathe the people in the city more. Eventually, Emma demanded that Doug keep his distance from her daughter once it was discovered where Jamie was getting these ideas, yet that didn't stop Doug from visiting occasionally and offering "helpful" advice that his niece was all-too-eager to receive.

On the day of the outbreak, Jamie had hit one of her fellow second-graders repeatedly in the back of the head, all in an effort to "educate" him on the harm of ignoring the teacher's lessons. Dragged down to the principal's office yet again, her mother was called in, and Jamie was soon in the front seat of the family car, being driven back towards their home by a very upset mom. Shortly thereafter, news of the outbreak was reported on the radio, and Emma decided to make a break for the border of the city, hoping to make it before a quarantine was enacted.

They did not make it far, however. All that Jamie saw was the grill of a truck hitting the side of their car, before everything went black.

When she awoke, she found her mother bleeding at the wheel with bite marks on her arm. Deciding that the best course of action was to go out on her own, she started walking, though she did not know where she was going. Crying through much of her first night alone in the world, she eventually rose to her feet and kept walking and walking. At some point, her walking turned to shuffling, and her shuffling turned to a lurching gait, because, unbeknownst to her, she too had been bitten while unconscious in the car.

Weeks later, she found a crowd of zombies. More than a crowd, in fact. They were a MOB. Jamie had finally found friends to play with. She was home.
