You are inside the entrance of The Malton Insane Asylum, an imposing ivory white building covered in dried blood. The building's doors have been left wide open, and you can see that the interior of the building has been ruined.
Somebody has spraypainted a image of a clown onto a wall.
Their are thousands of dead bodies here.
