In that case, your security is justification to avoid reporting (falsifying reports, however, is never okay). other than that, analysis by top BIC researchers shows that filing reports does little to comprimise security. Also, if you update several buildings, you can throw off your imaginary stalkers- they would have to search each one, when you may be in none of them!
