To add a comment, just click that nifty little + at the top of the page, so all comments are in chronological order (newest at the bottom). If a discussion starts here, I will try to keep it here so that the discussion can be viewed in its entirety to avoid confusion, and likewise I will aim to keep a discussion on your talk page if it starts there for the same reason. Thank you.

Pendragon?

Made any decisions about him, because I might be trying to organise some people around a crazy idea? --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 14:58, 29 November 2009 (UTC)

He recently submitted an application to join the Philosophe Knights, but I'm always interested in new and crazy things. --Maverick Talk - OBR Praise Knowledge! 404 15:00, 29 November 2009 (UTC)
Extinction are trying to ramp things up of late, moving out of Dakerstown and seeking to squat NT's in other local suburbs. I've got a level 5 survivor up there, who's nipped in behind, and has been repairing buildings all over the shop, but the issue is that barring a few of the FUACK theres no one throwing up cades. I really feel that with 10 or so people, we could repair a large chunk of the suburb in a weekend, give the locals a base of operations and split zombies between moving out over a larger area or defending their home land. --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 15:05, 29 November 2009 (UTC)
Interesting. I'm out of AP right now, but I'll grab a few extra needles and head that way in a day or two then. At the very least all that poking and FAKing (and dying and smacking things as a zed) will help me get the XP for those exciting gun-related skills. --Maverick Talk - OBR Praise Knowledge! 404 15:08, 29 November 2009 (UTC)
If you want some more help with that, my survivor is still up in Roywood, where Extinction has just started a fresh offensive after finishing off Judgewood. I'd be up for barricading across that general area as well, and I'm sure I could take a weekend or a few days away from my group without a problem. I've been doing what I can already with barricades, but there's only so much that can be done. Aichon 19:56, 29 November 2009 (UTC)

TRP Template

Just want to ping you for some quick input here. -- User:The Rooster RoosterDragon User talk:The Rooster 17:06, 7 December 2009 (UTC)

Sfe, yh?

Aerthos! I mean... Maverick! Nice to see you! You noted on the link above how the status lights wouldn't be useful if the BICs weren't updated often, but wouldn't them featuring on suburb pages increase their usage, as people would become more aware of their being? Well, that's my theory. --RahrahCome join the #party!21:41, 7 December 2009 (UTC)

That's really why I'm undecided. Because in theory that should be true--people will be able to quickly see what the status of the building is, and that should provoke them to update the BIC more often so that it is accurate. In practice it might not work as well. I guess I'm really okay with it either way, based on the opinion of the rest of the community. --Maverick Talk - OBR Praise Knowledge! 404 23:08, 7 December 2009 (UTC)

Reverting

In my opinion yes. Why not archiving that stuff? Or at least writing something in the summary, since some user could be reported for vandalism. --Janus talk 16:49, 10 December 2009 (UTC)

Ah, fair point. I will find some sensible way of dealing with it over the weekend then. --Maverick Talk - OBR Praise Knowledge! 404 19:22, 10 December 2009 (UTC)

Great Suburb Massacre 2010

You get this message because you've expressed interest in contributing to the upcoming GSM. I have created a page in my user space so we can discuss the project and iron out any potential problems. Feel free to add any thoughts/questions/queries/improvements/random insults. Post directly on the main page, I've had the talk page protected to allow work to actually get done. -- To know the face of God is to know madness....Praise knowledge! Mischief! Mayhem! Mano e Mano

from one group leader to another, you got any hints yo? To drop the jargon. What do find are the best techniques to keep members active and interested, and what works best for recruiting? --Jack S13 T! PC 20:46, 23 December 2009 (UTC)

For keeping members active and interested, always have a plan or something happening. Even if it's just something simple like, "For the next two weeks we will maintain barricades on these 9 buildings." It's a goal of some kind that the group can work towards, and people respond better when there is a clear goal in mind.
As far as recruiting goes, use all option available to you. Get an ad on the Recruitment page. Do in-game promoting via graffiti and talking to people. Make a group page here on the wiki. That's really all you can do. The more you have information on your group out there, the more people will see it; the more people that see it, the better the odds that a few will join up. --Maverick Talk - OBR Praise Knowledge! 404 21:03, 23 December 2009 (UTC)

Thanks for the advise, i surely appreciate it. How go things for the OBR? I believe we are both fighing in the same area. --Jack S13 T! PC 04:17, 24 December 2009 (UTC)
