== Darvall Heights update ==

:Hello,
:I've noticed your recent update on the Darvall Heights news page, which obviously means you have a zombie or a survivor there. Given the information you provide it would likely be the latter. I was wondering perhaps (if your survivor is unaffiliated) if you would be interested in joining the [[Soldiers of Crossman]]? We work hard to protect North-West in general and Darvall Heights has been our home for many years, going back to 2005 to the early zombie outbreaks.

:Looking forward to be hearing from you,

::???  One doesn't have to be in a particular suburb to recieve the EMR updates about it.  I am not in Darvall Heights at the moment, (actually , I haven't been there at all yet!) but should I find myself there (alive) one day, I will consider aiding your cause.  Thanks for the offer.

Updating the news

Thank you for helping in updating the suburb news with External Military reports. However, when you update it, please use Malton time (the server time, GMT/UTC/BST, i.e. time of England) instead of your local time. All of your updates today was marked as September 22th even though it was September 23th BST. I know this is trivial, but let's keep thing consistent. Thank you, and good editing! -- Kittithaj 21:37, 23 September 2009 (BST)

Indeed. I only did it once before I realized there's handy automatic timestamps. :)
By the way, the timestamp after each EMR (... hour and ... minutes ago) is not needed and should be deleted. Such precision is only used in a suburb's EMR page. Also, please also observe the style in use so your edits are consistent with others. Keep doing good work! -- Kittithaj 02:10, 26 September 2009 (BST)
Also, please don't remove the th after the date. It's the standard on how we write dates. Please go back and undo all that you have removed. Thank you. -- Kittithaj 04:59, 5 October 2009 (BST)
It would've helped if someone told that to the people who removed it on some of them before I did. The way I see it, I was the one standardizing. If that's the standard, I'll put them all back when I have more time later, but I still see what I (and the others before me) have done as an omission of superfluous characters that are more trouble than they're worth. --Ryan Rocksmith 12:43, 5 October 2009 (BST)
KK, I went back and fixed them all. I even standardized the ones using Month, Date, Year format. --Ryan Rocksmith 02:12, 6 October 2009 (BST)

Darvall Heights update

Hello,
I've noticed your recent update on the Darvall Heights news page, which obviously means you have a zombie or a survivor there. Given the information you provide it would likely be the latter. I was wondering perhaps (if your survivor is unaffiliated) if you would be interested in joining the Soldiers of Crossman? We work hard to protect North-West in general and Darvall Heights has been our home for many years, going back to 2005 to the early zombie outbreaks.
Looking forward to be hearing from you,

??? One doesn't have to be in a particular suburb to recieve the EMR updates about it. I am not in Darvall Heights at the moment, (actually , I haven't been there at all yet!) but should I find myself there (alive) one day, I will consider aiding your cause. Thanks for the offer.
