Already the majority of active community seems to turn into sysops. I'm also afraid where sysops fights lead us. More re-evualtions? Maybe. But generally speaking, if it happens more it gets less attention, less people may particpate in re-evualations, and it may lead to the sysops actually re-evaluate themselves on their own. Then crat power. If sysops conflicts increase, then it will be harder for Crats to remain impartial and it will only be a matter of time before the accusastion of bias is made. Not saying the current crats are biased, there probably the best couple we have for the positions. So my bias is clear and transparent for the community to see and complain about if they objectively believe my bias clouded my judgement as a crat. As for your initial paragraph, overanalysis imo. Facts are nothing is wrong with sysops arguing, you're probably forgetting that its only been for the last few months that the sysops don't argue most of the time. Even in my tenure we had plenty of issues. And I don't think more fighting will have that effect on the community, nor do I think we're going to keep fighting at all. You guys are looking at the case that was blown out of proportion, and blowing THAT out of proportion, probably because its a lot of ops first days. Take a look at Pegton. There are two clusters. One is a cluster of hospitals surrounding Norton Square Railway Station and the other is a cluster of PDs surrounding Bunt Place School. Pegton has no listed Zombie or Hostile groups. It's close to Fort Creedy and Mitchem Mall, and Norton Square Railway Station is also within 3AP of all other TRPs (except mall). I think it's prime for a new spawning centric group. So I think a little experimentation is in order but what I had in mind eventually is to make Pegton a center of learning much like Eastonwood with a group whose goals are similar to MCM except with maybe a broader scope (i.e. not specifically education in the field of medicine). Encourage sound survivor tactics, adopt and adapt good tactics of our own, and put them into practice by offering support to Creedy, Mitchem Mall and of course Pegton. It just seems to be the natural conclusion of a group that goes through efforts to create spawn areas.
