History

Due to the popularity of the library and it's ever expanding catalogue, this wasteland was to be the site of an extension to house the libraries growing collection of pre-revolutionary literature. Shortly after the foundations were laid the zombie outbreak halted further construction. To this day the extension remains unfinished, and the collection of pre-revolutionary literature remains in storage. Since the outbreak rumours have arisen suggesting that the secret bibliophile organisation, Read or Die, hid something on this land. Buried until a time when Malton is once more safe. Although deemed of such importance that it must be protected for future generations, it is not known what Read or Die buried here. .
