Description

Not, in fact, a whale.

A quiet residential street with a single memorable feature: one house has a shark sticking out of its roof.

History

This area of central Pegton appears unusually prone to falling objects: infamously, Youngan Boulevard was struck by an atomic bomb which fortunately failed to detonate. Despite the misnomer of the street's name, it was in fact a shark (possibly a Great White, although no-one's checked too closely) which fell from the sky and struck the house at No.2 with enough force to be embedded up to its gills. The shark was about to be removed by the local council as an eyesore, but local residents protested that they actually quite liked it, and even lobbied to have it preserved in perpetuity by varnishing it annually.

Despite the residents' best efforts, the maintenance schedule has fallen by the wayside since the outbreak, and the smell of the decomposing shark is thought to be one of the reasons why zombies like coming to Pegton.
