Note that this section is being watched by Soldier UDW, any complains of people who are on the list will be ignored. If you have any tips about theses Psychopaths whereabouts or location, please report it on the Discussion Page.
NOTE: If you had killed a Pkr or Gkr, tell the other players about it so you won't be mistaken as one yourself.
