Members are not required to kill these players if there are more pressing matters at hand, but doing so will be rewarded. Excessive slaughter of our enemies may result in a promotion, especially at lower ranks. Please note that the majority of the individuals listed here were not put there because of strife with us, but most likely were blacklisted by our allies. The 173rd feel it is our duty to respect our allies and merge their blacklists with ours. Only those players marked with an asterisk (*) are our personal enemies.
