The Random Number Goddess. Every single roll of any dice, digital or not, is under Rando's control. If it has a chance to fail, RANDO the Almighty, capricious yet precise, unknowable yet everywhere, is behind it. She deigns to dictate the aims of 15A when politely asked to, now and then.

Lord of Order and structure, the grand architect of the rules and laws behind the infrastructure of Malton. Rando and he are partners in the endeavor that is Urban Dead, rather than enemies as one would think of law and chaos.

Sometimes, anyways. We're hardly barhah fundamentalists, but a dead 15A warrior going without a revive will usually default to bananazgangbangbarhah and the like. Mostly, viva pinatas. Ole!
